| How do I become a member? |
If you want to become a member, you can click the "Join" button and read the steps on your screen.
As a member you have access to all our movies. |

No there isn't. You can download as many movies as you wish for the period of your membership. |

| What format do you offer with your movies? |
Most of our movies are in MPEG1 format and some of them in WMV format. Every computer should be able to play the MPEG1 movies without having to download an extra codec. WMV might not be possible on your computer if you're using an Apple Macintosh or *Nix operating system. |

| Do you have DRM on your movies? |
Offcourse not! When you download a movie to your harddisk you can watch it over and over again even after the period of your membership. |

| Can I buy just one movie? |
No you can't. We only offer complete memberships to all our movies. |

| Is my membership recurring? |
Yes it is. Every 30 days you will be rebilled untill you cancel. You can cancel immediately after you become a member to prevent the rebill. That way you will only have a membership for 30 days. |

| Do you do requests? |
You can always ask, but we can't promise anything because we are dependend on our suppliers. |

Downloads get blocked
from internet explorer.
How do i solve this? |
Because our movies servers have a different name for technical reasons, Internet explorer has the bothersome habit of blocking the downloads. You can click the download repeat link ("If the movie does not start
please click here to try again.") to start the download again or you can download and install firefox (www.getfirefox.com) which is a far more stable and reliable free browser. With this browser you don't have those problems. |

With every login you receive a new unique ID string. This string is set into a session. If the string is not set into the session it can mean a few things:
- You or your ISP (internet service provider) uses a proxy server. We have multiple webservers and when you connect to one of them you usually stay on that one untill the session expires. When you use a proxy server it is possible you stray from your initial server and the session set on that server is lost.
Solution: You can fix that problem by logging in here: http://v3proxy.el-dvd.com
- Your computer does not accept cookies. We set a session on our server and this session is connected with your computer with the use of a cookie. We need this cookie or else we don't know who you are and we can't see if you're allowed to see our movies. As soon as you leave our website (close your browser) the cookie set, is deleted. If you do not wish to close your browser you can click the "members" or "login" button in the top of our website and click the "logout" button.
Solution: The cookie might be blocked by antivirus software or firewall software. To allow cookies set from our domain please refer to the documentation or help file of your firewall or your antivirus software. (The standard windows firewall does not block the cookies we set)

You are entering a username or password that is not in our database. This can mean a few things:
- You're making a typo. The usernames and password are case sensitive. So "UsErNaMe" is not the same as "username". Please use copy and paste to prevent typo's.
- You're entering the wrong username or password. Please refer to the email we have send you with the username and password. If you don't have the email anymore you can click the "lost your password?" link, and fill out the form to get the password send to your emailaddress.
- Your account has expired and you have no access anymore. To regain access to our movies you have to apply for a new membership.

With every login you receive a new unique ID string. This string is set into a session. If somebody else logs in with your username and password your uniquestring does not match the one in the database anymore and you will not be able to download anymore.
When you give away your username and password this will happen to you and you will not be able to download anymore.
Your uniquestring will be reset after a period of inactivity. So if you have kept the browser open for a period of time without any activity, your uniquestring will be removed and you will have to login again.

You are trying to download a movie which is not active (anymore). The movie hasn't been set active yet or has been removed from our list due to some problems with it.

If you are changing things in the url that calls the download of the movie your download will not work anymore. We have a lot of security checks in our website to prevent people from stealing our movies and your account information.

If you are changing the dvdID or sceneID in the url the two will not match up anymore and download is prohibited. Only links brought to you directly from the website will work for your downloads.
